We take a comprehensive approach to building your vendor team—carefully selecting, negotiating, and managing each partner so every element works together seamlessly.
For events where vendors have already been secured, we step in to refine, align, and manage the team to ensure a cohesive and well-executed experience.

During your consultation, we’ll walk you through our five-phase planning process and recommend the level of support needed to execute your wedding with intention and excellence. This also ensures we’re aligned and the right fit to work together.
When Should I reach out? Do I Need To Secure my date?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible—ideally before securing your venue.
You don’t need a date to begin working together. In fact, this is one of the most important stages to have expert guidance, as your venue will influence everything from budget and guest experience to logistics and overall design.
If you’ve already selected your venue and date, we invite you to reach out to confirm availability. If we’re available, we’ll step in seamlessly, refine the plans already in motion, and carry them forward with a cohesive vision.
How much do Your Packages cost?
The services are tailored to the scope and complexity of each celebration. Most of our couples invest between $12,000–$18,000, with final investment varying based on guest count, design, and overall production.
For full-service planning, pricing includes a base planning fee in addition to a percentage of the overall wedding investment—an approach that allows us to scale our level of involvement and oversight appropriately.
